The Arizona Department of Health Services has updated the birth certificates (1855-1935) and death records ( 1844-1960) available on-line. The law requires births that occurred at least 75 years ago and deaths that occurred at least 50 years ago.The records on-line do not constitute certified copies, but microfilmed images of county or state issued certificates being made available to the public in accordance with A.R.S. § 36-351(B).
