FindMyPast Offering Free Access to Irish Birth, Marriage and Death Records June 27-30

FindMyPast Australia announced that on June 27-30 anyone may access their Irish birth, marriage and death records for free. Free access begins 9 AM Australian EST, Thursday 27 June. Please calculate the time for your location ..this link may be of assistance

The offer is to mark the anniversary of the destruction of the Public Records Office of Ireland on June 30 1922.  One must register-name and email address only.  You can search by placing your names into the search field without registering, but to view/download any records that are found require registration.  Remember, if you try this before the free offer time you will not be able view the records for free.

The comprehensive collection includes free access to:

Irish Births 1864-1958
Irish Deaths 1864-1958
Irish Marriages 1845-1958

Just to try it-I put in the surname Goldberg and came up with 132 hits and Cohen 818 hits
